i have two sentence but i dont know first sentence or second sentence in correct.
1. he gets into the car and closes the window.
2.he gets into the car and close the window.

Neither is correct. You need to capatalize the first letter in the sentence.

If the first verb is plural, the second one must be also. The first sentence is the correct one.

#1 is correct, but you need a capital letter H on the first word.

But I'd just like to add that it's "closes" and not "close" because of subject-verb agreement.

Here's the way you conjugate "to close" in present tense:
I close
You close
He/She CLOSES
We close
They close
