enroll in language classes. do a search on www by entering hebrew + classes. Schools or private instructors should come up. Or check out Amazon or Barnes and Nobles for Audio files on learning Hebrew.

at all levels, from beginner to advanced.

If not college, most synagogues have a children's Hebrew school where they teach Hebrew.
