I absolutely adore pale skin (me and a lot of other people)....STOP TANNING!!!!!

I think some color is sexy. Being too pale does not look healthy. Besides..... you have to hide from the sun when you're too pale because the sun will burn you easily. Oh well..... to each is own. I am happy I have a pretty caramel complexion and I don't go to the tanning salons to get it but if I didn't have my skin color I would go to tan to achieve a more healthier complexion. I suggest If you don't like women who tan then don't date them. We are not just put on this earth to please you. You know???? lol....

The reason I don't go to tanning salons is because of the increased risk of skin cancer, and the fact that unlike natural sunlight, tanning beds don't provide any health benefits from vitamin D. It's got nothing at all to do with appearance.
I'm naturally fair-skinned, and I don't think there is anything more intrinsically attractive about being white-skinned rather than olive or brown-skinned.

No. I think people should get as much tan as they want. Like all the women who read this are going to say, " I can't go tanning today. A guy on Yahoo Answers told me not to."
We should just let them do what they want. They will eventually get older and look like a 50 year old wrinkly orange.

Ha. Ha. Ha. Oh well, on a serious note. Like one reader said, women will do what they want. I think some tanning isn't bad, as long as you don't over-do-it. I personally like having some color. We are not all born with that Olive skin, or darker skin. I think darker skin is sexier!

we can do whatever we want i personally dont tan very much so i am a little pale but i use jergens tanning lotion sometimes cause i dont want to be really pale!

My pet peeve is when women think a tan will make themselves look better when they really need is to go on a diet.
