Realistically, the kids probably respect him more and learn more from him. You honestly think anyone in the inner city who commits crime owns a registered weapon?

Come on, first we kept hearing oh I killed so and so because my mother was an alcoholic, now they can blame Mr. Teacher's Smith & Wesson T shirt.
My science teacher loved to hunt and proudly displayed his dead animals in the classroom. It did not make me go kill animals. Plus he was one of the best teachers I ever had.

As long as it's not against school policy the teacher can wear whatever he/she wants, as protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution. Although certainly the teacher should be aware of what message he/she is sending.

Hell no. That ain't moral in any school. A teacher is supposed to be responsible and teach children. He should dress like he has a smidgen of maturity.

It is a famous brand. If brand shirts are banned then even the teachers should follow the dress code.

If this has happened at your school, I'd say that teacher Rocks!

-standard teacher/student dress code should be available through the school main offices but here is a A - typical rule:

Drug, alcohol, gang, vulgar, indecent, obscene or insulting slogans, profanity, sexually explicit, physically violent decals and/ or tattoos (visual) are not allowed.

He is just trying to get attention..and definitely trying to start up conversations... maybe the directors should check him out.

i don't know about the morality issue but it's definately wrong. they can be fired for such a thing
