I wondered the same thing while I watched it. She has a southern drawl but there is something else in there also. I'm glad I wasn't just imagining it.

She may have a hearing problem. Sometimes that can affect your speech. Her southern accent seems to make it more noticeable

I imagine answering the questions were tough and talking about Dale Sr. She does have a very very twangy southern accent.... I like Dale Jr's better.

Hey if anybody has a speech problem, It's JR. himself. He has a definite twang, and says things like those "DANG MOTORS" Yes he's a hick through, and through. No doubt about it. And he SUCKS........

No your right, I've always noticed that. She does talk weird, and not simply cuz she's from the south. It's not the southern accent.

Thank you ....I noticed that too...I was thinking that she was partially deaf. My mother in law is partially deaf, and I swear they sound alike. I was wondering if there was anything in her Bio on that.???? The movie was great...
