2 X 12, you would be better off getting joist made out of plywood and 2 x 4's, stronger and less likely to bend or settle

Ditto on the recommendation to get a structural engineer involved. It's impossible for anyone to do this given the information you've posted.

Get TGI's designed for that span. That is a engineered joist.
