Lots of money. Hawaii isn't a cheap place to live. The immigration law is the same as it is part of the USA.

How about a job in the Bronxs for about 40 yrs or a farm in Iowa that you shovel crap on. You need to earn your way there - it's our paradise - bought and paid for 60+ years ago. Including my grandfather. I hear there is great beach front on the Tigris River in a city named Baghdad. Last owner eager to sell as he's liquidating his assets!
