I've heard that soda is one.

fats and oils(butters), soda, candy, pretty much anything with alot of carbs, fats, and calories.

You basically have to cut out all junk food (snacks, cookies, pies, chips), avoid soda and energy drinks (even "diet" versions), and avoid fatty foods like fast foods burgers and fries.

Stick with real food like 100% whole grain breads & oatmeal, fresh fruits and veggies, non-fat dairy products like skim milk, fat free yogurt, fat free cheese, lean meats like chicken or turkey without the skin and fish.

The you have to do some targeted abs exercises and do some regular physical activity.

To get rid of the fat you have to burn off more calories than you take in. Each pound of fat is equaled to 3,500 calories so if you want to lose a pound of fat in a week you have to either burn 500 more calories a day, eat 500 less or combine the 2.

I would say pretty much anything that contains carbonation and or sugars need to be cute. Some sugars are okay but not a lot.

junk food, fast food, food with a lot of fat in it.........
