imagine 1 web if same company, I just discovered debited my account for $400.00 yesterday. Have no idea who they are or how they did this

Have they taken out of your checking account? This happened in a business account I had. My secretary gave out the account number to someone to collect her free prize. The company then started sending counter checks against the account. The only way to stop them was to report it as fraud and close the account down.
Oh yeah, I got a new secretary too.
