When you're sick you should be resting. Your body has enough healing to do without lifting weights.

Lifting Weights While Sick

yes! not only do you tax your body, but your body isnt strong enough to keep tendons, ligaments, and your muscles limber enough to take the tension from the weight lifting. I used to think that it was ok to lift weights when i was sick. People, even sports coaches from the past would tell me that it's better to work out when you are sick than to lay down and rest. I have hurt myself many times from lifting during a cold. Stay away from the gym and let your body rest.

However, a light walk during the times when you are feeling ok during your cold is ok. Its good to get your blood flowing a little bit, but nothing rigorous like jogging and lifting weights.

Its OK if you do it with progression and moderation. No, don't overdo it, and possibly do it lighter than what you normally do.
Depending on how you're sick [cold/fever vs. pulled muscle], you might want to lighten up a bit. If you pulled a muscle, then I'd recommend you don't do much at all. But if you have a cold, its good to work out a bit to help fight the virus.
That's what I'm doing right now, I have a cold, and I still run and do yoga to fight off the sickness.

I have been losing weight my whole life with my heaviest being 360 lbs. I lost 19 lbs in 2 weeks. And even after losing most of my weight on a basic starvation diet and knee crippling exercise I knew this was the answer. I have never been below 25% BF. I have never looked as healthy as I do. I have never had the confidence that I have now. I have never felt as good as I feel.

Yes,
If you are sick, your body needs rest and recuperation....not tearing apart. It will not hurt your workout routine to take a few days off. You will recover faster if you rest.
Working out while sick will also spread germs by contact with exercise equipment. You could cause others to become sick also.
Take a break....

Probably. You sould focus on recovering and eating healthy to boost your immune system. Then after, you'll really be ready to work out.

YES - Stay OUT of the gym when you are sick.
You are not helping your body when you are sick at the gym.
Don't stay out of the gym UNLESS you are sick, but when you are sick, don't go.
