You can't eat the fruit in heaven. The tree was on earth when Adam ate from it. If you eat from it now though, nothing will happen, because you are already an imperfect loser like everyone else. You will simply die, and become a natural resource for future generations.

If you are in heaven you will not sin and that is a sin. God doesn't let sin into heaven yes we are all sinners but those saved by Jesus Christ will go to heaven and if you are in heaven you won't want to sin you won't be sent to earth and have eternal life cause you will be sent to hell or if the rapture happens the lake of fire.

If you are in the garden of eden, then I am sorry for you. As the story goes, God killed off nearly every living mammal on the planet in a great flood. Those killed are technically 99.9% your progeny.

Questions like that dont even deserve an answer. Let's say that you lived forever, what would you do on this evil planet where everyone kills everyone, and all the dieases and stuff what about that, when I leave here I dont want to return....

There is much you don't understand. Start at reading Genesis in the Bible and keep going until you reach the Book of Revelation.

Your theology is flawed. Eden was somewhere near modern day Iraq. It is no longer available to anyone.

To learn the Jewish view, try "Judaism for Everyone" by Shmuley Boteach.

The Jewish version of Judaism is much different from the Christian version!
