i LOVE a good raspberry vinaigrette with black olives, mushrooms, beets, baby corn, beets and artichoke hearts. gross i know! but anyways..whats yours?

I like field greens with scallions, dried cranberries, toasted sliced almonds and slices of chicken. It's good with balsamic oil and vinegar, or a citrus viniagrette.

Depends on what kind of salad I'm having. Here are some of my favorites:
1. Spinach salad with bacon, candied walnuts, goat cheese and mandarin oranges: Dijon Vinagrette
2. Iceburg lettuce with tomatoes: homemade Blue Cheese
3. Mixed lettuce with garbanzo beans, kidney beans, tomatos, cucumbers, and chedder: Ranch Dressing with Bacon.
4. Romaine lettuce, green onion, garbanzo's, kidney beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded parmesan: Italian Vinagrette.
5. Shrimp mixed with greens, hardboiled egg, asparagas spears, black olives, cucumbers and tomatos: Thousand Island.
6. Fresh roasted beets with goat cheese: French Dressing

croutons, cheese, mushrooms,diced ham, egg, with ceasar dressing. OR romayne lettuce with sliced strawberries, poppyseed and a dressing of mayo and sugar lightly coated on the lettuce.
