take Advil liquid capsules four times daily, this should help relieve the pain. For better pain medication you need to see a doctor of rheumatology. There is no cure for arthritis. If there was nobody would have arthritis.

There is no "cure" for arthritis but there are many home remedies that can ease the pain and progression as well as medication that blocks the pain.
Diet does affect arthritis, osteoarthritis is simply wear and tear on the joints mainly because of a lack of nutrition to support healthy joints.
Other types of arthritis are immune system disorders, which again are effected by diet.
I live with Rheumatoid Arthritis and was told that diet has no bearing on this disease. I am proof that this is not so since the medications caused such miserable side effects on me that I was forced to find healthier methods to treat this disease. I have lived many years now without medication and the disease does not appear to be progressing according to the tests I've had in recent years.
I am lucky to live an active lifestyle again and my hope is that by sharing what I know with others it will become more common knowledge that there are people out here who live comfortably with this disease without poisoning our bodies.

Don't know of anyway you can get rid of it ~ if there was a way, I'd sure be doing it. I have Osteoarthritis, something my mother and grandmother had so it follows in the family line. Injuries is another way arthritis can form in your joints so if you are injured, get to the doctor for treatment before the problem gets severe (and it will as you get older).
I have post polio syndrome which has created problems with some of my joints and arthritis runs in my family so I have a double dose of sorts. I also have fibromyalgia and every day there is pain to deal with. I pretty much try to learn to live with it by using pain pills and heat.
Go to an orthopaedic and get checked and have x-rays taken so they can determine exactly what is going on ~ they may be able to do arthroscopic surgery and help the joint if there is a minor problem. Many times they will prescribe something that helps dull the pain and makes it easier for you to get around.
You might try taking Aleve every other day if you can bear it ~ it bothers my stomach (even with food) so I can't take it and I can't take most other medications for inflammation other than Motrin or naproxen. Aleve is a form of naproxen but there is something different in it and why it bothers me because I can take naproxen which helps with the inflammation.
Light exercise can also help as it keeps the joints from freezing up and you can also use heat to help with the pain. If you have a hot tub, soak in it for 15 to 20 minutes every night or soak in a bath tub of very warm water. Moist heat works better on muscles and joints but if you can't get to something like that and are in a lot of pain, buy the Therma Care heat wraps and use them when possible. I don't buy the cheaper brands because they don't stay on or work as well as the Therma Care (JMHO)
Caution. If you have Rheumatoid Arthritis, go to a specialist for treatment rather than try to treat yourself. That is crippling and you need special medications for that. The hot tub is still a helpful but you do need certain meds to keep that under control. I have a cousin who has this and she does wter exercises to keep her limbs loose and keep the blood flowing, then she gets in the hot tub to relax the muscles.
You have my sympathy. Much of this will be live and learn as you study things and talk with your doctors to get help and, what works for others may not work as well for you so do what is best for you. Good luck to you

There is no medicine for RA, H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 90% success in treating ALL PAINS confirms it.
