Yes. Man and woman can be friends.
I have had experience with this before but one thing I will say is that set your boundaries and if it goes beyond friendship well then it could be hard to stay as friends.

IF either of you finds the other attractive, then the sex thing will always be there. Now, that does NOT mean you can't be friends. It just means that one or both will know that the other is attracted to the other. Even that is not a bad thing. I have recently fallen in love with my close female friend. We have been friends for a few years and our entire relationship is based on honesty. Neither of us planned for this to happen, but, it did as it became more apparent that we were soul mates.
If you are friends with a co worker or some other situation where a man and a woman have to deal with each other, then sure they can be friends. Any 2 people can be friends, but, the closer the friendship becomes, the more the lines of how we feel and what we want from each other can blur.
If one or both of you are unsure about where you stand, be honest with the other and see where the chips fall. If for no other reason, you need to safeguard your heart from falling deeper in love with a person that doesn't feel the same way. Good luck.

As long as one (or both) of them are not at all attracted to the other in a sexual way. Otherwise, you're just asking for tension. My bf has a friend who is a girl and I love her & don't worry at all, but it is obvious that nothing is going on. I'm always invited and included when she wants him to go out somewhere, he doesn't sneak off into the other room when she calls, there are no texts or emails that he would care if I read, and so on.
I also have lots of male friends, but I do not behave in a flirty way toward them and I always try to include their girlfriends if they have one so that no jealousy is created. Basically, if your guy/girl has an opposite sex friend and they have this mysterious relationship that you are not allowed into at all- red flag- keep your guard up!!

Nope....I personally don't think so.l I have heard alot of people say that they are just friends with the opposite sex and I think when the friendship first starts out, it is purely friendship. But....sooner or later, one or the other is going to want to take it alittle further. We are naturally attracted to the opposite sex and there is nothing we can do about it. I think it is wonderful to be able to fall in love with your best friend, so...in that case a friendship would be great.....

Mi fa veramente piacere riuscire a divenire amica dei miei ex, a parte con uno l'affetto è sempre rimasto anche dopo la bufera della fine della storia ed è bello così.

Some cant and some can....I knows lots of people that are friend end up together and when its over with they are no longer friends.My best friend is my hubby so yes i beleave they can hehe.....
