I go into work around 4 and don't get off until 10, 11, or midnight sometimes. Lately, I've gourged myself on whole wheat carbs (for a then-daily total of 1500 cal or so) at 3:30 just to get me through but then I'm starving when I get off work. Is this right? Should I eat when I get off work since I'm starving even though it's so late? And what should I eat and not put on weight since I go to bed fairly soon after I get off work?

if you are talking about eating late at night, i would eat light. sounds like a good idea to eat your bigger meal earlier, but watch the carbs and go with protein. good luck
