My favorite food is Cuban Cooking.
The food is varied and rich in spices and different meats. I'm making Cuban Style Ox Tail this weekend and its the best thing since sliced bread. Tastes better than any beef dish. I can't wait.

Boudin blanc! for those who don't know : it's a kind of white sausage made out of pork. It's a french specialty but you can do it yourself, easily, I just found the recipe on www.cookshow.com :
