What is your favorite breed of cat? I am interested to know what kinds of cats people outside of my town and family like and/or have.
My two favorite breeds of cats are:
American calico bob-tail long hair
(^ lol i know it is a long breed but i have it, AND I LOVE HER
TO DEATH!, she is long hair because i am allergic to cats but long haired cats dont have dander)
and second
Egyptian Mau's
I think they are one of the coolest animals and have a very cool backround. They are also very cool because of the various colors they come in and the patterns they have in their fur.

i love scottish folds - they're wrinkled little ears make for a really adorable face. also like Abyssinians - very vocal kitties & sweet to boot. mostly i like the regular ol' domestic short hair - you just can't beat the moggies.
i find it interesting that people keep putting colours as their faves rather than an actual breed. guess the colourful kitties just tickle peoples' fancies, no matter what breed it comes in.

My favorite cat is the Siberian tiger. It might not be cute and cudley, but it's a fat cat with sheer size. It eats deer, and pigs, and people out in the snow. It would be cool to have one of those in my backyard, though it might die of heat since it lives in eastern Siberia. It has an orange yellow fur coat with dark brown stripes on its back. Though it is a critically endangered species, it is rumored that the chinese government will introduce more animals near the Amur region.

i like exotic cats - domestic cats crossed with wild cats (ocelot, jaguar, serval, etc) and then bred again with domestic cats to get them more tame.
my favorites are the habari - a breed developed in the last 5 years, and the savannah. i also like the safari. you can google them and find all kinds of pics. i think they're absolutely gorgeous, though they are a handful if not socialized well as kittens.
if you want pics then try A1 exotic cats, or select exotic cats. both sites have some good pics.

I have had 5 cats and the most affectionate was a ginger tom ( nearly all gingers are toms), who I adopted as a stray.
I had him neutered with a PDSA voucher

I have three rescue kitties. No idea what breeds they are and don't really care. They would be considered mutts I suppose and I love each one of them.
