There is a possibility that Noah's flood did not cover the whole Earth

If Noah's flood happened in the Mesopotamia area, then God is not familiar with other races other than Jews, and others that inhabited the Mesopotamia area.......................................................................
.........................................Also, God seems to change through time, from accepting animal sacrifices in the old testament, to not wanting it in the new testament.

What happened?

Jesus. In the old testament the sacrifices were by scripture to be pure and unblemished creatures. They were to be lambs, bullocks, goats etc. that had never mated and were considered pure in all respects. They should be healthy and not a sick animal that would probably die anyway. It had to be an expensive item to the worshiper, or it was not a sacrifice.

Jesus, often called "The Lamb of God" was the only sacrifice in the heavens or earth, that would pay the price for all of the sin of mankind, past present and future. After The Lamb of God was given in sacrifice, none other were needed or necessary.
