If you want to marry her in the future, you can file a petition to bring her over with a "fiancee visa". This is the easiest way to do it. Now, you need to make sure you can prove to HLS, or immigration, that you two met in person and have maintained contact all this time(e.g. phone calls, letters, etc). You need to submit proof of all this and she will have to do the same when she goes for an interview at the American Interest Section in Cuba. If you met her in Cuba, you will also need to prove you were there legally or you will be in trouble.
You can contact an immigration lawyer to help you with the forms and it should not take more than 6 months after all paperwork is submitted for her to be able to travel to the US.
Good luck!

It is going to be hard. I would suggest that you find a way to go over to her.
It is these sanctions being placed on Cuba that is preventing a wonderful country and its citizens from being introduced to the world.
I am sorry but I really hope you make it.

i would just go to cuba, theres alot of bad things going down right now, there is a law in mequan wisconsin right now that allows police to capture and hold anyone that is hispanic or latino or even looks that way or has a hispanic or latino name, to be detained in terrible conditions for months at a time, and they can do this as much as they want even if they know your hubby and they know he has citizenship or good legal status or residency or visa or whatever. they can harrass him this way as much as they want, making it impossible for him to drive work go outside...etc and they can harrass you if you change your name once your married. look it up its law in wisconsin. do not bring anyone into this mess. the laws in ga are pretty strict and i would not doubt that they would adopt this horrible law if not already, then pretty soon.

Unfortunately, the U.S. has cracked down on Cuban visitors. I don't think she will be able to come to see you. If she wants to come to the U.S. she will have to go through naturalization.
