No it couldn't the haemoptysis would be due to underlying disease.

no the cancer will make them cough up blood, the inhaler just will make it easier to do so, just had a close friend of the family die from lung cancer and he was always coughing up blood.

an inhaler can make them cough, if there is bleeding in the lungs due to the cancer, then they will likely cough it up.

its not the inhaler that makes them bring up blood its the cancer so no.

It's the disease causing the bleeding . The inhaler might make them cough it up.
