Here's my day to day plan, please tell me if there is anything I can do to make it better. I am 14, and 5"3.5 and 160 punds.

I get up, and have breakfast within 10 minutes. I usually have either oatmeal, or cereal like shreddies (I don't have milk with it though, through preference though, not because of my 'diet')

Then, after 20 minutes or so, I do some HIIT exercise (High intenseity interval training) for 15 minutes.
Then I have to leave for school.
During the day, I proberly do about 15 minutes walking when I'm not sitting at my desk.
For lunch, I either have a wrap or whole meal sandwich and a cheese twist.

When I get home (About 4:30 ish) I do another 15 minutes of HIIT. Or If I'm tired, just some aerobic exercises.

While I'm watching TV, I use a twist board. Not sure what it does exactly, but it burns more calories than just sitting down.

For dinner, I have what is fed me. It is healthy and varied though.
All in all, I proberly have about 1700 - 1800 calories a day.

Also, not sure if it makes much difference, but I often have a couple of eggs for breakfast.

Thanks for your answer, but I've read many times you can break up your exercise routine and it's just as effective. And it's reccomended HIIt isn't done for more than 15 minutes anyway, at least at fist.

you need to exercise continuously for 30 minutes a day, how you choose to do that is up to you, but you should do it in the morning, it revs up your metabolism for the entire day. Drop the cheese twist, lots of fat there and salt. Try to keep your calories at 1500 max and drink non fat milk, you need the calcium because your bones are still growing and will be for another four or five years.

Well the first-class factor i propose you do is dont devour after 6 the brand new 7 p.m. for the reason that any later than that you just move directly to sleep and dont digest accurately. Also devour plenty of vegetables and excerice first-class within the morning to begin your day. Vitamins dont relatively aid until you excercise besides so i propose strolling consuming vegetables and consuming early and no dishonest with middle of the night snacks lol Good Luck!
