What's the setting? If you've made it clear you aren't interested and she persits, and if it's in a work or school setting, it's harrassment and her career could be ruined. If it's a social setting- avoid her whenever possible.

The same way you deal with a guy you don't want to date. Say no firmly one more time, and tell her if she keeps harrassing you about it, you're going to call in the police/your boss/school administrators/insert other appropriate authority figure here.
If you're calling the concept "gross" in her presence, it might also help if you quit doing that. Most gays and lesbians would take that as a sign you're not worth bothering with on any level, but she may have convinced herself your disgust is a sign of repression.

She is stalking you and that is a criminal offence. Get evidence eg: secretly taping her advances to you and you saying no in a polite and calm yet firm manner. When you have the tape threaten to take it to the police if she does not back off. Let her know you are serious.

Theres always the possibility of a restraining order..but i dont think you want to take it that far...I would just go on about my business a boyfriend would help just to let her know youre sure youre not interrested!

just tell them your not interesting, and u only think of her as a friend? tell her that u have no feelings for her in any way ( except for friendship) and that you would like her to stop bugging you, tell her nicely and gently and upfront and dont tell her in a really mean way. because u dont want to hurt her feelings too much..

tell her you are seriously not interested if that doesn't work just ignore her. if you cant ignore her try to set her up on a date with a guy make her feel the way she is making you feel
