I see a lot of Americans in big cities such has NewYork, Boston and San Francisco are converting to Islam in huge droves each year. What is the trend?

i think americans are just bored and want attention ... gay lifestyles, interracial relationships .. and maybe that also .. just trying to be shocking, make waves and get attention .. some people like to have somthing resisting them they just get off on it .. thats my thoery ..

Hey I'm a Muslim.
The reason why Islam is the fastest growng religion in the world is because people are finding the truth in it. There is nothing wrong with these people. You can believe what you want and I respect your beliefs.

its because of 9/11, after 9/11, people wanted to know what Islam was and not believe the false lies that were are still are being spread about Islam

It's not necessarily a trend. It's probably that they don't feel that they are meant for the religion that they currently following. Some people will convert again. It's important to research other religions to understand them and see if it's right for you. I know that that's how I found my religion. I found the right one for me. I don't feel that there's anything wrong with me nor do I feel that anything's wrong with these people that you speak of.

You have to look into Islam. Islam is more than what you see on tv. People who converted to Islam see what it has to offer. you should try it. Im not saying you should convert, but look into it and youll see why.

Dear, there are people even out in the sticks that are converting. I have met them. There is NOTHING wrong with us. We are embracing the true faith of God above. We are submitting ourselves to His will just like all the prophets of God have done before.

How is it any more wrong than people converting to Christianity? Maybe once they start trying to push their religion into government, the Christians will understand why that is such a terrible and annoying thing to do.
