Ok here's your weight loss plan
eat 5-6 times a day of smaller portions
You are going to have to read ingredients for a little while
so get used to it. Don't buy anything that has Saturated or Trans fat, nothing Hydrogenated, no enriched flours, keep
sugars to a minimum.
Cut back caffenienated and carbonated beverages to one a day.
switch to low sodium anything you can. Choose lean meats (fish, white chicken meat, or equivalent vegetarian substitute)
Use a small amount of olive oil every day. Get some flax seed, crush it up and add it to your dinner (don't worry it doesn't taste like anything)
Drink plenty of water, if you are going to drink alcohol, make it Vodka and water (maybe 7-up for the first one)
Exercise:
walk for 30 minutes continuously everyday (the earlier in the day the better)
Get a good sweat going at least 3 days a week (you can run, dance, do pilates, flail around the living room, whatever it takes)
email me if you need to know any more specifics.

Honestly being anyone who's weight obsessed and always on the gymnasium I could say that you do not must lose any weight in any respect, all you must do is tone up which can also be completed through lifting gentle weights with top reps. If you fairly desire to drop a couple of kilos I could say five kilos is greater than tons in view that you have already got a skinny higher frame and legs, you do not also have love handles and you are curvy! It's fully horny to have curves. I promise nearly all of dudes in the market opt for curves to epidermis and bones....

Check it out. I love it...its the first thing to work for me in years! The meals are so easy to make too. Best of luck to you!

count your calories. if you do not work out at all you should take in like 300 calories a day. if you work out a little big then take in like 1000 and if you work out alot then take in like 2000 to 3000 a day. and make sure the food you are eating is healthy. i promise you my life by the end of the month you will see a difference. oh and walk. when you go on walks, dont count how many miles you are walking, just keep walking.
drink alot of water !
and dont take none of those diet pill stuff, they will distribute your body weight wrong.
best advice is do it naturaly. you dont have to neccessaraly work out but be active!
good luck!

No great mystery, you need to eat less sugar and fat because they are very calorie dense. You might also need to remember that all alcoholic beverages are quite fattening and high in calories. If you have changed any aspect of your life, like walking less or going out more, you may have to change back or take it into consideration.
As one gets older, your metabolism slows, you aren't a teen anymore and odd as it seems your metabolism won't support a teen age diet of pizzas and cheese curls.
