Did they come out with some sort of trading card game.
I didn't read the back of the cards but can I assume that it has their attack power and life points on it?

No, not a trading card games.
The cards usually have prayers printed on the opposite side. The image of the saint is supposed to provide inspiration. Usually there is a lot of symbolism (i.e., not just a person, but a person holding a book and a lamp or a person holding a small church or something like that), which is meant to tell a story.
