Doug and Wendy Whiner?? I was actually curious if there was a saint for the persecuted. I didn't find one, but the one invoked against the Evil Eye is Januarius. This is too funny to not put--in desperate situations the saint is (I kid you not) Gregory the Wonderworker or Rita.

Edit--should have read the answer above me. I just looked in my Saints Preserve Us! book and didn't see John DeMartha. I guess I shouldn't rely on a book I bought in the humor section.
