Yes, small hands are preferable, unless they're so small they'd qualify as a deformity. Large hands are seen as too "mannish" and not good.

Generally, I think most guys don't care much about your hands, as long as they're in the normal range and aren't rough.

Well... I don't think they'd like us if we had huge, ape-like hands.
