for the last week i have felt something very discrete shake or vibrate in my stomach.. on my lower left side of my stomach... it feels like a twitch inside my stomach.. a liitlle twitch... does anyone know what it is?.... this twitch inside my stomach is getting me worried!!! and certaing times i think kydneys kinda ache but not that bad.. i am getting worried about this twitch.. can anyone help me please?

How are you able to identify the precise location? Are you certain you're talking about your stomach or could this be your abdomen? Sounds like a minor spasm. If you're that worried you should see your doctor.
