I take a vitamin B complex since it's supposed to be good for hair and nails, but I don't think it's been helping. I'm not under stress and I haven't just had a baby.

Try wearing a lace front wig and leave your hair alone. It's the secret of the celebrities.. who don't want to touch their hair. If your not into wigs, I would stop using harsh chemicals. Stop using hairspray or any alcoholic products. You should also try hair growth oils or sprays. In the long run, it will make your hair fuller.

Hair loss is very common after you have a baby. I know, it happened to me. Don't worry, it will grow back. I know lots of women it has happened to, and it will thicken up again. It's a hormonal thing. If your worried, talk to your doctor about it. He can assure you that it will grow back :-)
