i cut down my putter to 30", and plan on cutting my lob wedge to around the same heigth. no need 2 ask why, its just comfortable to me. is it legal at all levels, and tournaments?

18 inches is the shortest for any club.

48 inches is the longest, except for putters.

Yeah, there is no limit to how short a club can be, just how long it can be.
