I have been getting these headaches in the back of my head lower part of head and neck is killing me and back pains and headache in the front of my head above the eyebrowns and temples it this all related to the sinus headache or something else?

That's a tension headache. Try to sit or stand up straight and roll your shoulders back a few times, that should help with the stiff neck. I think Excedrin makes a pain medication for tension headaches.

sounds like a tension headache those are caused from stress . try to lower your stress level and see if that helps. good luck dear .

Its stress related. Tension headache like the others said. I went to the doctor for it and they gave me ativan pills for anxiety and it disappeared instantly. I thought I had a tumor or something.

maybe you suffer of Arnold neuralgia,
or of a trigeminal neuralgia(http://www.umanitoba.ca/cranial_nerves/trigeminal_neuralgia/manuscript/types.html)
or, yeah you may have problems with sinuses, even though there are no sinuses in the back of your head..but the pain may irradiate..I don't wanna think about worse things like brain tumours or vessel injuries, aneurysms..
I hope is all about daily stress.
