The answer is letter B.
Patient with Addison's disease has insufficient levels of Cortisol - a class of hormones called glucocorticoids. Cortisol is then replaced with hydrocortisone which is a synthetic glucocorticoid. Solu- Cortef is one of the hydrocortisones used frequently to treat such situation.

Solu-Cortef is as adrenal corticosteroid.

(I gave that to a patient today who had congential hypoadrenalism.)
