I took my 2007 mustang to my ford dealership because i would hear noises when shifting up or down my gears. Well the technician drove my car and was listening carefully to the transmission. Well he told me that the noises are normal and that the noises are the gears overlapping and thats very normal with FORD. He said that even with a transmission replace it still wouldnt go away. Okay so should i trust this?

Just make sure they give you a repair order noting your complaint and that they say its normal. If it gets worse, go back and keep getting records.
