Depends on what you mean by "supper dupper healthy". If you only eat vegetables, then you're probably missing other vitamins, minerals, protein and fat from your diet. Healthy means balanced, not just "healthy" food. I would just make sure you're eating balanced meals. Don't want to neglect things like iron and vitamin c or you could come down with anemia or scurvy (not just for pirates anymore...).

No, healthy eating is not bad. Just don't force it so much that you make yourself suffer unreasonably. If you like good healthy food, eat good healthy food as part of a well balanced, "calorically-appropriate" diet.
But don't get caught in fads. Too many self-declared experts always claim to know the next best thing and what is healthy this week, but really, well-balanced without too much of any one thing is always best and always has been.

You sound just like me! I'm 13 and this past summer I started to eat better and became totally addicted to healthy foods. And it's not a bad thing at all. When you reach for carrots while someone else reaches for a cookie just remind yourself that you're making a better choice than them!

Your not an prolonged in this. Why not attempt some brown rice, or some total wheat pasta, the carbs such as you stated will help settle your abdomen and its extra perfect for you by way of fact its not subtle white pasta. Do potatoes additionally provide you gas? they could be very fufilling and friendly. wish this helps slightly reliable luck!

humans are supposed to eat healthy foods from nature. not heavily processed food items "made" by some manufacturer.
I've been eating healthy my entire life. I haven't been sick or missed one day of school or work since I got the chicken pox in 1983.

no, as long as your "healthy" eating gives you all the nutrients needed for your growth process.
Protein - fish, lean chicken or turkey, tofu, etc
Carbs--vegetables and fruits, whole grains such as brown rice, oatmeal
Healthy fats such as olive oil
It is important to eat regularily and get some light activity into your schedule like walking.

Why would it be bad? It's great for you and it'll improve and lengthen your life. The only bad thing is you might get a lot of grief from some of your friends who aren't health nuts.

it depends, your opinion, might be a little off of whats healthy for all I know. Give me some examples of a ordinary daily diet for you, and you might be under-eating, I can't asses if it is "good" enough or not, I can tell you, but I need examples, but no, it isn't.

no, that's not bad. Just don't push it that what other people eat isn't. They may not be as informed as you. but don't turn up your nose to anything that may be offered to you by others, they may take offense to that. Just politely say no thanks.
