You may wish to contact the agency who wrote the accident report.

The officer or a representative will be able to explain why the report was written as it was.

There could be issues involved where you or the bus driver had contributory circrumstances that lay blame in a manner you are unaware of.

Hope nobody was hurt...and best wishes.

You are going to need to provide a lot more information if you want an answer to that question. However, I can tell you if you were speeding, you would forfeit your right-of-way and be found at fault.

If you feel the report needs to be amended, talk to the officer who made the report first. If that doesn't work, try his supervisor.

I've been working for Allstate claims department for three years, if you tell me the details I'll be glad to look at them from an insurance company's point of view, and tell you why the officer may have given you fault.

"how could it be my fault on police report " - It could be your fault if you were violating a traffic law (such as speeding) when the accident occurred.

If you truly believe you are not at fault your insurance company may help you (they want you to be not at fault as well)
