Use a grapeseed cream available at The Body Shop (www.thebodyshop.com) and/or vitamin C so you can start treating the problem.

First you may need some green makeup from the physicians formula that is used to help your concealer. Your concealer should be a cream based and a bit lighter than your foundation. Get makeup from MAC (makeup artist cosmetics) which is the best.

You may also need to take some carotene, and eat some carrots.

Go to Sephora.com and check out Dr. Brandt Skin Care and try out some of the supplements (antioxidants)

Have fun shopping with no bags.

We all have "luggage" we don't want to carry around. ;)

Seriously, though, short of undergoing cosmetic surgery, there is very little you can do about bags under your eyes, although you might be able to hide them with sunglasses (you might feel silly wearing them indoors, but think how cool you'll look!). ;)

Check out the links, below, for explanations and suggestions, but I can't vouch for any of the latter.
