Is putting your real picture up as your avatar the new thing? I'm seeing that more and more lately. (I always wondered what bettierage looked like.) Maybe I'll do that since someone stole my avatar? Is that what everyone is doing?

No, I've had mine up for a while. I had my old sepia picture of me, but people thought I looked like a man or Dracula in that shot, so I changed.
I see a lot of people doing it.
Keep to your current one if you like it; I kinda like it....

How could some one steal some one else's avatar?
Obviously photo avatars aren't what EVERYONE is doing. Besides which, what's to say a photo is really an actual picture of the person using it?
I say you should use what you want to use, and not be too swayed by other people's opinions. You can never please everybody. What do YOU like?
You could ask God's opinion; He's the one that matters.

Once I took about 30 pictures of myself before I got one that I liked. Good luck crusader dude. Some people just take pics of their eyes or lips.
maybe people are getting a little more comfortable with each other here, or maybe they want people to see that they aren't really monsters.
