I usually just throw them on my stove top and put some Montreal seasoning on them, but what else can I do?

I'm not a great cook, far from it actually so I really can't make anything that takes too long or has a lot of ingredients, just looking for a little change.

Try cutting them into"tenders" and serving them "buffalo style" with hot sauce and blue cheese dressing. You can also toss them in teriyaki sauce and serve them with rice and veges. If they don't have breading on them, then cut them into tenders and marinate in Italian dressing overnight. Grill them until cooked thru and serve them with a peanut sauce or mixed in with pasta, parmesan and cream.

Put them in the oven in a 9x13 pan with a few cups rice with equal water. Cover with dried French onion soup. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.

Cutlets, as in breaded?...Brown in fry pan, both sides, add marinara sauce and slices of mozzerella chese, cover and melt cheese, you now have Chicken Parmesan! Serve with spaghetti and grated cheese.
