What's next?
"Bank Robbers file class action suit against police to stop them from making arrests for Bank Robbery?"

Hello - read the column. They originally went in there to bust up the identity thieves. They can't help it if there were so many that they couldn't weed out the "bad ones". It is just a case of kicking A** and taking names later. Get over it.
We have a system that allows them to come in legally. Our jails are now so overcrowded due to us not planning on having them here committing crimes. What is it gonna take for the government to STOP turning a blind eye? And when they decided to do something a cracked up quack files suit.
I hope that it becomes illegal to employ illegal immigrants, OH wait it already is. Hey - how about fining Swift? ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

Apparently you can but I have no idea why a labor union would want illegals working or even in their union. Illegals will, if left alone, bring down the wages of the working people of America and the corporations are counting on that. Seems the unions would be suing the government to DEPORT DEPORT DEPORT!

well the key word in the sentence is ILLEGEAL...
if they are not legally here and no not have a work visa or have not even applied for any kind of residence or work related paperwork with the government, then why should we put up a fight for that.
I would feel bad if they were all leagal and being raided or if they all had made attempts to be legal but if not, than that is the risk that is taken when coming to this country. why should we protect anything that is illeagel. we shouldn't.

They can do whatever they want. It doesn't mean they are going to win. It is just another ploy at trying to grab headlines.

How they can say what ICE is doing is illegal is hard to understand. This is the very reason ICE was created.

Good luck guys, maybe you should try suing Mother Nature for raining out your softball game yesterday. You have about as much chance of winning.

Well, we know what side the unions are on. Small wonder their power and influence has been dropping like a rock the last 30 odd years.

In this case, I hope not. I can't see how illegals can file a grievance, when they have NO RIGHT to be here in the first place! And if the A.C.L.U. sticks their noses in this, then they should drop the "A" which stands for AMERICAN from their name.
I am sick of them trying to bankrupt any community which chooses to enforce their immigration laws.
Maybe they should call themselves the "M.C.L.U."
