that i am caught by a Police officer for speeding. I tell him "Let him who is without sin cast the first stone" and while he preparing his ticket with a expressionless face, i take out my Bible and start reading Luke 6:37 loudly
“Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: FORGIVE, and ye shall be FORGIVEN”

Would it be a Sin?

No, not a sin.
But you better hope that Police officer isn't well versed in scripture as well.

Romans 13
Submission to the Authorities
1Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.

I think you have civil law mixed up with religious law. Sin is an offense against God. Speeding is an offense against the state.

Besides - what if the police officer doesn't believe in the Bible?

It is absolutely a sin. If you have done the crime, you have to do the time. You are mocking God. Did you not deserve a speeding ticket? The ticket is God's way of saying "Slow down a$$hole!"

"Blessed are they that do His Commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie." (Revelation 22:14-15 KJV)

Speeding is a sin for sure. God wants us to follow our governments when they dont contradict his Word.

His job is just to site you. The judges job is to judge, hence the name. Try saying that to the judge and see if he is Christian or not.

We are to adhere to the laws that govern us in the here and now..........unless they go completely against our firmly held religious beliefs.

God is the one who ultimately puts our laws in place anyway....and everything belongs to Him.

well if i pulled you over and you did that i'd "find" everything i could possibly write you for and then scream " STOP BREAKING THE LAW A*SSHOLE!!!", then, thank you for acting like a punk, have a nice day. but seeing i'd probably break your headlight and taillights, then get you for littering, you'd probably getting lovings from bubba tonight. so in short, play nice and you'll get treated nice.
