so have been out of University for the past year. I have been given two options for possible return: One, I apply to the Board of Examiners asking them to let me repeat my second year. but this decision also has to be made by the Vice Chancellor.
Or two they let me remain a "student out of residence" and simply sit my exam part next year but I'll get no financial funding more than likely which would make life difficult for me.
Essentially I want to be able to return as an official student and repeat my second year [the first option ]. Does anyone know of any spells I can cast to allow this to happen?
Please do not ask me to pray or turn to GOD, as I am not a Christian and am simply interested in white magic spells.

You do not need spells or magic, even religion will not help. As a Spiritualist I believe you have to ask for what you want; you have put the thought out and if spirit can they will help you, bear in mind it needs to be in your life plan you set out before incarnating.
Have you tried cosmic ordering? Ask for what you need and not in a materialistic way and it will come to you.
If it is in your destiny and life path I shall put the thought out for your success. If you don't get what you desire consider that life is a pathway to learn lessons and they are not always what you expect. Make the best of every situation.

the simplest spell is having all the documents ready which are required from you by the board of examiners. I guess a doctor attesting why you couldn't attend school will act like a spell.

Does ingesting Vitamin C and echinacea count as a spell? If so I suggest doing those.

I dont know of any white spells - but they say positive thinking that it will happen then it will.
How about some cosmic ordering - i did it and it worked!

No such thing as white magic spells. Magic is used to try and control nature and/or human behaviour, as you wish to do. The only way this can be done successfully is by using demonic powers, and I doubt if you are up to that.
