I'm fed up of their telephone service, I've been passed from Broadband to billing 5 times now. I just want to give up and have a good cry now, then write a stonking letter to them :*(

Phone back & demand to speak to a manager. I had trouble for ages when getting my problem sorted, until I snapped. I would also say never deal with the Indian Call Centre as it is just useless.
