no, but if you have diabetes you can sometimes fail a breathalyser test!!!!

No, they can't. However, since quite a few mixed drinks with alcohol today have energy drinks mixed in, it is quite possible that the smell of an energy drink would bring to mind the taste of alcohol. It would be a "memory by association" and make them think that you have alcohol on your breath (they may be mixing up the two smells).
Oh, and as a sidenote you should probably pay better attention at school (not skool).

Nope, I don't think so. I drink monster and red bull all day and no one has ever said anything to me about smelling like alcohol.
