not sure if you realise but your question is in diet and fitness!

anyway to answer your question, yes it is natural that you hate your ex, my mum and dad were married for 25 years and my dad had 4 affairs in that time, now my mum hates my dad, she plucked up courage to leave him when i was 15, I'm 34 now and she still hates him for what he did, however i don't take sides as despite what my dad did he is still my father.

Yes it is natural. He's hurt you very badly. But the best thing you can do - it sounds like a cliche - but move on. Happiness is the best revenge. See this as a new phase in your life a fresh start.

You had 20 years of a marriage and in my books that is a success these days. Look on it more that you want different things these days - it will help to take the pain out of it.

I divorced from my husband a few years ago and was really heartbroken he was the love of my life. But truly I am happier now than I have ever been. It was a really tough time to go through but I have learned so much about myself and life and others. I'm braver than I was before and more confident within myself.

Good luck for the future.

Yes, but hope you'll be able to pass it. And you have to think about the woman...he wasn't having an affair by himself. Your a woman, you know how seductive any woman could be if they tried to get a man. If you are sure you are through with him, then so what, you need to get yourself out there and find someone that wants to be with you and that wants to make you happy. It sounds cold, but it's true. I wish you happiness on whatever you decide to do, you deserve a happy life, you did nothing wrong, why should you have to suffer?

Yes, bur sooner or later you will have to stop hating because the hatred will embitter you and prevent you leading a happy life.
Anger will ease and hatred will if you let it.
Just what harm is the hate doing to your ex. I bet nothing but it will harm you. Hatred is a wasted emotion which can easily get out of hand

of course its natural, the person who should have loved you the most let you down in the worst possible way after such a lot of years, i went through the same thing after 9 years of marriage, i got out 7 years ago and never looked back infact i found my current partner very soon after, we have lived together for nearly 7 yars, ive never been happier, yes i still hate the pig but i dont have anything to do with him.

Love and hate are two sides of the same coin. It is natural to hate someone who betrayed your trust. However you should learn to let it go after a while, because it will consume you and leave you unable to form more positive relationships. Best wishes.

There is a very fine line between love and hate ( so they say).

In all honesty, if you were truly in love with someone, you will always have a fond loving memory tucked away deep inside your heart.

It takes a lot of energy to hate , you really have to think about the word.

He hurt you, betrayed you. you are entitled to feel anger towards him.

Love sometimes turns to hate so easy if you have been hurt. But the person who gets hurt the most is yourself with this. Try your best to love Him for what He is not what He has done. there must be somne thing good there

Very natural and normal. The feelings you have at the moment will get better where you will eventually lose all felings for him whatsoever. Ride with it at the moment, things will improve
