I don't want to have to worry about anything but I am also not rich and am working with a budget.

Any Beaches resort or Sandles resort has planners on staff to handle all of those details. Things are quite a bit more expensive in HI, but if your group is small then you should be fine.

Hi Christine: I love Hawaii!

Here are some websites to check out:

http://www.mauiweddings.com/
http://www.kauaiweddings.com/
http://www.hawaiiweddings.com/

You will probably want a wedding planner because of the distance. All places work within a budget. Give them a call! Good luck!

My hubby and I got married on the beach in Hawaii last year - we went to Oahu so we could do all the touristy stuff on our honeymoon like Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, etc. But the beach was beautiful, the photos we got were great, and we did it all on a budget. We went to http://www.wedaloha.com - they walked us through everything from start to finish. You can look at their packages online and some photos from their portfolio - or you can find my own wedding pictures at http://www.flickr.com/photos/korina1971/sets/72157600739227963/

Congrats and good luck with the planning!

My son was married on the beach in Maui a few years ago. He and wife sought out a minister, they had a no frills wedding like you want. There is info on the web. Search on the web for wedding Maui and see what you get.
