it feels like the americans were hit by enemies within. anyone that knows a little bit about design, architecture and engeneering, knows those towers couldnt have fall like that.
it was a tragic day and im sorry for those who died in such horrible pain and im sorry for those you will live with the pain of loosing loved ones.
Its something i hope it doesnt repeat again, nor in america nor in other countries, 'cause we are all targets.

A combination of emotions.
Annoyance at the media for harping on it almost daily. ("blah blah blah related to 9/11", "Yada yada yada victim of 9/11". ) AND for airing HOURS of coverage of the memorial. Do they NOT realize that anyone in NY who wants to watch it will GO? ENOUGH.
Where I'm from, EVERYONE knew someone there that day. Most people that I know (NYPD and FDNY) that were there don't want to talk about it, at all. Period. The end. It should be that those who want to move on and heal, should be allowed to do so as they wish. Most people want to do it privately.
I'm proud that everyone came together on 9/12. Flags were everywhere. It was just amazing. Hearing "God Bless America" during the seventh-inning stretch of baseball games. Amazing. My best friend and I traveled to Las Vegas six weeks after, and when people asked where we were from and once the words "New York" came out of our mouths, you could hear a pin drop. One kid, probably in the 17-21 year old range, a skatery-type with a green fauxhawk, said to us "Sorry about the Trade Center, dude." Another woman, who was 75 years old if she was a day, gathered us both into a big bear hug saying "You poor girls." The morning show on my local radio station reminded me yesterday how people reacted to the Yankees at the first game played after 9/11. People in Chicago (it was an away game) were holding up all kinds of signs of sympathy and encouragement. It was great! Similar things at the Mets game.
Most of all, I'm p*ssed off at those camel humpers who changed EVERYTHING as we knew it that day. I'm glad it didn't happen at like 11am, when more people would have been there, it would have been SO much worse, but it should never have happened at all.
Most people in the "baby boomer" age remember where they were when Kennedy was shot. Their parents remembered where they were when Pearl Harbor went down. Generation X-ers remember where they were when the Challenger exploded. Generation Y-ers will remember where they were when the towers got hit and when they fell.
September eleventh should be a day where everyone takes a moment to do something nice for someone else - especially a stranger - in spirit of 9/12/01. And they should all take a moment to remember.

there have been no controlled expolsions or any explosives of any style used interior the WTC. The towers collapsed whilst the floor trusses sagged whilst they have been heated by capacity of the fireplace. They sagged by way of fact each floor is made up of loads of concrete. in some unspecified time interior the destiny they led to the outer steel beams to break and that they fell. development 7 collapsed by way of fact of an oil fireplace that grew to become into raging interior the basement and led to the steel and urban to weaken and fall down. The Empire State development grew to become into not hit by capacity of a B-fifty two, yet a B-25 Mitchell bomber. Smaller airplane. The Empire State development is built in a thoroughly diverse way. This development grew to become right into a "cage" of steel girders and beams. interior the WTC the steel beams and girders have been interior the development center and on the exterior partitions of the form. there's no conspiracy. With all the leaks in our government do you extremely think of it must be stored quiet?

Personally, I feel a great sadness. Those towers were a symbol of much more than commerce and, as I watched events unfold and as the towers collapsed, I thought " my country has changed forever".....
I was right in my feelings. I don't think we will ever be the same country again....for many, many reasons....starting with September 11.

...the lives of so many innocent people were affected that day and for the rest of their lives...they nor us, will ever be the same...
ever...
How can someone use death and destruction and then put God's name with it?

It's a black mark on the history of humankind, and a reminder that while everyone has different opinions and beliefs, the results of being intolerant of those differences can be catastrophic in epic proportions.

SAD :-(
it's an awful thing when thousands of innocent people lose their lives over someone else's hate.........history seems to keep repeating that fact over and over again. i guess we'll never learn 'till everyone is dead.
