Those things are usually donated thru coorporations and is a case by case basis. Go to the hospital and talk to the social workers than may be able to help you.

You will probably have to have a fund raiser or maybe you can find a car dealer that would love to get a tax break by donating one.. Do some Public Relations in the news paper.. You might find an orginazation or some person with lots of money who will help... Good luck.... Grant M in Pennsylvania

if you are talking wheelchair assessable or with a lift, if you purchase a new van most of the time the manufacture will do it free of charge. if not you need to have some one in your church to have a fund raiser to help pay. most of the time your community and local residents are extremely giving. have some one that will be responsible for the fund raiser to contact all local merchants and have them donate items to auction off. meanwhile have them to fix spaghetti supper or chicken dinners. this can be done simultaneously while there is an auction going on. a fund raiser was given for me and we cleared around $12,000.00. good luck and god bless

You can some churches to help donate money for the person who is dying of cancer. Their even some companies will donate a van. All you need to do is ask around and they will let you know if they can help you out. They might even send you somewhere they can help you out

If they are terminally ill, chances are they will not need to travel much.
In many places there are subsidised services in taxis which are adapted to take wheelchairs, or even non-acute ambulances.

If he is dying of cancer his doctor may have put him on hospice. Talk to them, they may have some contacts to help him out.
