Its obvious that your first language is not English despite the fact you're from Canada.....so what exactly is your question?
Is it Australia you are asking about? Asking about housing costs, automobile costs etc. are useless unless you give us an idea of how large a home you are looking for and in what area, what type of car you wish to purchase & if you want to know the cost of an airline ticket to Australia - call a travel agent.

I travel to Canada about once a year. I find prices in Canada comparable to prices in Australia.

Well it depends on what the dollar is, but i've found prices for some things to be cheaper in the USA
