What are moped rules/laws in Florida?

I want to buy a moped, but am unsure of the license/safety laws attached to it. Does anyone here own a moped and can tell me what I need to do to use my own? Also, if you could tell me a good place to buy one, that would be awesome. :)

Probably pretty liberal like everything else...no helmets required for cycles.
