You call that limited?
Hmmm here are some of my ideas.

a- Make beef and turkey balls or burgers by mixing the ground beef with the ground turkey, add spices to it (salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, etc) one big egg or two small. Make balls or burgers with that. Cook them in a pan with a bit of oil.
for side dish make a salad of your preference (e.g baby carrots and potatoes with mayonesse or whatever you like), lettuce and carrots... etc. You can use mushroom soup as a cream sauce over the balls or use the mushroom rice to compliment.
b- Make pasta (penne or linguine) with some sauce, for example mix cheddar with eggs and a bit of milk, add spices to your taste(salt, pepper, nutmeg, or thyme) and use as a sauce or use the mushroom soup as sauce.
c- make pasta and then saute some carrots, if you have sweet peppers or onion or just the carrots, mix them with a bit of soy sauce (remember soy saucecontains salt already) sprinkle with a bit of sugar, add a little lemon juice if you have and make like a kind of chinese pasta.
d- make aground beef pie (use the flour eggs and milk for the crust and cook the ground beef or turkey with onion if you have and spices to your taste)
u have many other possibilities.

Well - you have great makings of many a pasta dish baked or not as well as a killer Meatloaf with hashsbrowns on the side. Honestly I could see feeding 10 people with what you have and them eating well. If you need to cook it all up I recommend using the ingredients more likely to spoil first. The pasta is dry and will hold until after your fast. So if you like Meatloaf that is the way to go - if you are not a fan of meatloaf you could make Salisbury burgers stuffed with cheese topped with the cheddar soup and with a side of fries made from the baking potatoes or bake the potatoes and top with cooked ground meat and the cream of mushroom as a sauce. Good Luck and gentle fast.

meatloaf and baked potato?
Use the marinara for on top of the meatloaf and use the cream of cheddar for a baked potato topping.
make the baby carrots as a side dish or even the mushroom rice too. Depends on how much you wanna stuff yourself before you fast.
And if 1lb of ground beef is not enough for a whole meat loaf, you can probably combine the turkey and beef without really noticing.

EDIT:
for meatloaf just add some bread crumbs, an egg and some italian spices - that will make the meat adhere and bake into a "loaf".
Good luck

Wow, that sounds like my kitchen right when I get home with the groceries for the the week! LOL!!
Limited is like when you've got half a tomato, mustard, 1 chicken breast and 2 packs of ramen noodles and you have to make a fancy dinner for 5 people!!

You could do just about anything with what you've got:
-Meatloaf with baked potatoes and baby carrots.
-linguine with marinara & meatballs, romaine salad on the side.
-hashbrown casserole using the ground beef, the hashbrowns and a can or two of soup.
-cheese burgers without buns served with the rice......

Sounds like you've got the makings for a pot pie, and jazz up the rice with diced baby carrots and a splash of soy sauce. You could probably swing a hashbrown casserole. And twice baked potatoes. And of course, pasta with the marinara. If you have garlic of any kind you could do garlic cheese toast. I think you've even got the makings for meatballs.
